SKA Nembo Cooling System

There are two models and both work by producing mist from a series of nozzles which is immediately absorbed by warm air, producing the desired fall in temperature during the hotter periods in summer.
The lower priced Nembo 40 uses a circuit of 12mm diameter polythylene pipe fitted with 6.7 litres per hour capacity nozzles and one of three pumps, 11, 21 and 42 litres per minute, for up to as many as 376 nozzles, and works at 40 bar pressure.
The nozzles are fitted to the pipe on site, as required.
Nembo 70 has stainless steel 12mm diameter piping, which is in 3metres long sections and can be supplied with from one to six 5.2 litres per minute nozzles.
The two available pumps are either 11 or 21 litres per minute capacity, for up to 235 nozzles at 70 bar pressure.
For either system the pumping unit is complete with inlet and outlet valves, a water pressure switch, a filter and thermostat, all monitored and controlled automatically.
The number of pipeline circuits depends on the width of the building, and the number of nozzles is calculated according to the type and capacity of the ventilation.
